The comprehensive questionnaire looks at symptoms that have been associated with certain rare conditions like Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) or Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS). ConnectED is a carefully constructed health and wellness tool that uses internationally recognised and recommended assessment tools.
