Store description excerpt

Connect Forza to Hue is an Android Phone App which connects Hue Lights to Forza Motorsport games. It syncs the selected lights with the speed of your car on the game. When the car is slow, lights are green , then speeding up they turn to yellow and then red. Initially the speed range is arranged between 0 and 200 , but it is set adaptive if you go beyond 200. We can add different light effects in future releases according to requests from users. Please read and follow instructions provided on the app menu. There is a video based instruction as well. Short guide: 1. Setup your Hue bridge using the setup menu item 2. Select room, zone or light from same menu item 3. Configure your game to send dashboard data to your phone on IP and port 1111 If you want to use multiple lights, prefer grouping them either in a zone or a room. Using multiple Hue elements (lights/rooms/zones) may drop performance and affect user experience. The app uses network connection between your game device (PC/Console) , your phone and your Hue bridge. A busy network and/or bad/slow connection will also ruin user experience dropping performance. Please make sure your devices (game device, phone and Hue bridge) are all on same network. For the app to work without interruption you either have to keep the screen on or run the app in background. There are options to enable these in app settings. For background feature you have to purchase this feature from menu and disable battery optimization for this app.
