You say what's on your mind — by typing or out loud — and you get back something that doesn't judge you, doesn't change the subject, and actually listens. Confidant AI names what it hears, shows you the pattern running through what you've said, and offers something concrete when it helps: a breathing exercise, a boundary you could actually say out loud, a small behavioral experiment. BUILT ON BEHAVIORAL SCIENCE It draws on the conversational practices of cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, motivational interviewing and schema therapy. It applies them rather than lecturing about them. ONLY YOU CAN READ IT No person reads your conversations. No ads, no tracking, nothing sold. Your sessions are stored on our servers in the European Union so that only you can read them, and you can delete everything in one tap. YOUR SESSIONS COME WITH YOU Conversations are kept session by session, so you can go back and read them. Start a clean session whenever a new subject comes up. — IMPORTANT Confidant Chat is not a substitute for a therapist, psychiatrist or doctor. It does not diagnose, does not recommend medication, and is not an emergency service. SUBSCRIPTION The app starts with a 7-day free trial — no payment details required. When the trial ends, a Confidant Pro subscription is needed to write new messages. Without a subscription you can still read your past sessions. Confidant Pro — unlimited chat, voice conversation and cloud backup • Monthly subscription: $19.99 • Annual subscription: $149.99 — works out at $12.50 a month, 37% less than paying monthly The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period and your Apple account is charged.
