Conduit is a privacy-first bridge for your Apple Health data. Pick the health metrics you care about, and Conduit forwards them — from your device — to a webhook endpoint that you configure. Your data goes only to your own server. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no developer cloud: the developer never receives or stores your health information. WHAT IT DOES • Reads the Apple Health data types you choose (steps, heart rate, sleep, workouts, body measurements, and more) • Forwards new samples automatically in the background to the webhook URL you set • Sends over the endpoint you configure — use an https:// URL for encrypted transport • Queues locally and retries, so nothing is lost if your server is briefly unreachable BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO WANT TO OWN THEIR DATA Self-hosters, developers, and the quantified-self crowd: pipe your health data into your own dashboard, database, or automation. You control the destination and the format on your end. PRIVACY BY DESIGN • No account to create — configuration lives on your device • No analytics, no ad SDKs, no crash reporting sent to the developer • No Conduit server ever holds your data — it goes only to your endpoint • Turn any data type on or off, or revoke Health access, at any time Your authorization token is stored securely in the iOS Keychain and never shown again after you save it.
