CompilaCIE Scan is the app for gold buyers that digitizes the file for each purchase: scan the signed, numbered form, photograph the ID and the items, and the app archives everything in the right folder, with the right number, without any manual steps. MAIN FUNCTIONS • Scan sales slips with automatic edge cropping • Photo of ID (ID card, driving license, or passport, with health card when applicable) and purchased items • File automatically saved to your archive: Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, NAS (WebDAV), or network folder (SMB) • Single PDF or separate files, with customizable path by year and case number • Automatically suggested sequential number shared across all phones in the store • Multi-store: each store has its own numbers, register, and folder • Operators with personal access, managed by the owner from the customer area • Also works offline: orders are queued and started as soon as there is network connection DESIGNED FOR COUNTER WORK No configurations on employees' phones: the owner sets the stores, saving paths, and operators from the customer area, and the phones receive everything automatically. REQUIREMENTS The app requires an active CompilaCIE Scan subscription and the credentials provided by the account holder.
