You decide what your group sweats. • Pick the players — build a board around this week's stars and their stat lines, not just the scoreboard. • Set the format — choose the sport, how many picks decide each round ("pick 3 of 8"), whether a miss costs a survivor strike, and how parlays pay out. • Choose the pace — daily, weekly, all season, or one blockbuster weekend.
