Reflect privately Use the journal to write down thoughts, experiences, or progress in a private space. Get 24/7 support with Val Val is our new AI-powered conversational support experience designed to provide thoughtful, trauma-informed guidance between moments of care. Coming Home is designed to extend support between moments of care. It does not replace your provider, professional care, crisis services, or emergency support. Provider messaging may not be monitored in real time. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, call 911 or your local emergency number. Access to the app is provided through participating organizations and care providers.
