The Comércio Seguro application is a solution that was developed to help in the immediate reporting of suspected crimes committed against commercial establishments. The app allows people from the establishment to easily and quickly contact the PM's operational vehicles, enabling faster and more effective response to the incident. When using the application, the user can quickly activate the SOS PM button, thus generating an incident that will be immediately viewed by all PM operational vehicles available at that time to respond to the incident. Members of the vehicle immediately view the location of the incident, obtaining the best route and estimated time to arrive at the location and can also send updates regarding the response to the incident. In addition to text messages, the app allows you to send images that can help police action, both to identify possible suspects and to define the best strategy to approach the situation. The Comércio Seguro application was developed to provide a quick and effective response to incidents of crimes committed against commercial establishments, providing security and convenience for store owners and efficiency in police actions in these crimes. Furthermore, it can generate a series of data and information so that the PM can more adequately plan its actions and measures.
