Color is a water sort puzzle with the noise turned down. Tap a tube to lift its liquid. Tap another to pour it. Liquid only pours onto its own colour, or into an empty tube. Get every tube down to a single colour and the level is done. That is the whole game. No timer, no lives, no energy meter, no waiting for something to refill. EVERY LEVEL CAN BE SOLVED This matters more than it sounds. Water sort levels are usually generated at random and checked loosely, so sooner or later you get one that simply cannot be finished — and you have no way of knowing, so it just feels like you are bad at it. This game builds every level backwards from its finished state, which makes an impossible level impossible to produce. A solver then checks hundreds of levels across the whole difficulty curve on every single build. If you are stuck, it is because there is a solution you have not found yet. BUILT FOR EVERY PAIR OF EYES Around one man in twelve has some colour vision deficiency, and "are these two the same colour?" is the entire game. So the twelve liquid colours were not chosen by eye — they were fitted by measuring how far apart they stay under simulated protanopia, deuteranopia and tritanopia, and adjusting until the closest pair was comfortably distinct. If you would still rather have shapes, turn on Shape Markers in settings and every colour gets its own symbol. WHY YOU'LL LIKE IT • Calm to look at. Glass tubes on warm paper, not neon on purple. • Proper pouring. Tubes lift, tip and pour a real stream — not an instant swap. • No timer and no pressure. Think for as long as you like. • Unlimited undo, always free. Restart the level any time. • Three free hints a level, straight from the solver, so a hint is never wrong. • Your best move count is kept for every level, if you like beating yourself. • Plays completely offline. No wifi needed, ever. • Saves itself. Close it mid-level and come back exactly where you were. • One-handed portrait play, for a commute or a queue. • Levels are the same for everybody, so level 47 is level 47 for your friend too. NO NONSENSE • No forced ads. No banners, no pop-ups between levels. The only advert is one you can choose to watch for an extra tube when you want one — and if an extra tube would not actually rescue your board, the game tells you so instead of taking the ad view. • No in-app purchases.
