Color Smart Notes is a notebook where colour does the filing for you. Give a note a colour as you write it and it is already organised — no tags to invent, no folders to maintain. Tap a colour to see only those notes. NOTES AND CHECKLISTS, ONE EDITOR Switch a note to a checklist and back. Drag to reorder, tick items off, and keep the same colour, folder and reminder either way. Nothing waits for a Save button — it saves while you type, and again every way you leave. WRITE THE WAY YOU WANT TO Headings, bold, italic, underline, strikethrough, colour and highlight, size, alignment, lists, inline checkboxes, undo and redo. Add photos, record a voice note into the page, drop in emoji. Give a single note its own background — bundled paper, lined paper or your own photo — and its own font. DRAW STRAIGHT INTO A NOTE A drawing board with six brushes — pen, fountain, pencil, highlighter, pattern and dash — plus stickers, washi tape, page backgrounds, text boxes and photos. It saves into the note and reopens whenever you want to change it. A WRITING ASSISTANT THAT STAYS FREE Ask for a draft, a rewrite or a shorter version without leaving the page; your formatting, photos and voice notes stay where they were. It is not part of the subscription. REMINDERS THAT ACTUALLY ARRIVE Set a date and time, repeat daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, choose a lead time and a sound. If a reminder cannot be scheduled — the time has passed, notifications are off — the app says so when you set it. FIND IT AGAIN Search works the way Vietnamese is actually typed: "ghi chu" finds "ghi chú". Filter by colour, sort, pin what matters. A month calendar shows which days have notes, with optional lunar dates. FOLDERS THAT KEEP THEIR COLOUR Move a note into a folder and it takes the folder's colour, so a folder reads as one thing. Every move offers Undo. LOCK WHAT IS PRIVATE Lock the whole app, or individual notes, behind a PIN or Face ID. A locked note keeps its colour and shows no text anywhere — not on the home screen, in search, in the calendar or in a widget. Both locks are free. YOUR NOTES STAY ON YOUR DEVICE No account, no sync. Your notes live on your iPhone or iPad, and you move them with an encrypted backup file you can password-protect. The writing assistant is the one exception, and it asks first: only that note's text is sent to our writing service, and nothing is kept afterwards. WIDGETS, SIRI AND IPAD A single note and quick capture on the Home Screen and Lock Screen; a calendar agenda and a folder summary come with the subscription. Ask Siri to create a note. On an iPad the list and the note sit side by side, with keyboard shortcuts and drag and drop. Dark mode, Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, English and Vietnamese.
