Collections is a database program. You can create a collection of data. From text, images or other media components. A database consists of columns, rows, and cells. Each column has its own column type, for example, image or text. You add cells of a specific column type below each other. Creating a new document Click the “New” button in the main window. Then the new document creation window will open. Select the column type (Column type), column width (Column width) and column title (Column title). And click the “Add” button, then a new entry will appear in the columns list (Columns). If you do not want this entry, select the entry in the list, click the “Remove” button. When all columns have been entered, click the “OK” button and the document is created. Saving a document If you want to save a document. Then click the “File” menu and the “Save” menu item. The default file name is database.ccs. Select the file location in the files window and click the “Confirm” button. Then the file is saved. The program itself does not check whether the file has been saved or not. Menu In the “File” menu, you can save the document and save media files. In the “Cell” menu, you can edit columns, rows, and cells. When adding a new column, press the “Add column” button. And the new column add window will open. Enter the column type, column width and column title. And press the “OK” button. When adding a new row, press the “Add row” menu button. When changing the column width, press the “Column width” menu button. Then the column width change window will open, where you can change the column width. To change the column title, press the “Column title” menu button. When the new column title is entered, press the “OK” button in the title window. You can change the row height in the row height window. To do this, press the “Row height” menu command in the Cell menu. Change the column height in the text box and press the “OK” button. If you want to delete a column, press the “Delete column” button. And when deleting a row, press the “Delete row” menu button. You can make a column width automatic by selecting the “Auto Column width” option. You can make a row height automatic by selecting the “Auto Row height” option. Automatic options only work with the “Text” column type. Toolbar With the toolbar buttons, you can: 1. Move the cursor left and right. 2. Move the cursor up or down. 3. Delete the contents of a cell. 4. Add a new column. Columns, rows, and cells To change the width of a column, click on the line at the end of the column and drag the line left or right. To change the height of a row, click on the line at the end of the row and drag the line up or down. To change the value of a cell, hold your finger on the cell for about a second. If it is a text column type, a text input box will appear. If it is not text, such as audio, a file window will appear where you can add audio as the value of the cell.
