When you finish, your totals, streak and history update automatically. SHOWER AND PLUNGE TRACKING Switch between dedicated Shower and Plunge experiences. Each mode remembers its own preparation and session settings. A TIMER YOU CAN READ AT A GLANCE Move automatically from preparation into the cold phase. Pause, resume, finish early or log a session manually when you do not need the timer. DAILY STREAKS See your current streak, best streak and lifetime totals from the dashboard. A shower or plunge keeps the same daily Cold streak going, while each activity retains its own count. SIMPLE HISTORY Review sessions across days and weeks. See the time, duration and session type, add an optional note, and record multiple sessions on the same day. OPTIONAL ALERTS Receive a notification when preparation ends or your timer completes. Set a daily reminder when you want help maintaining the routine. CALM, NATIVE DESIGN Large readable timers, fluid transitions and carefully layered glass surfaces keep the experience clear, focused and distinctly iOS. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account is required.
