Store description excerpt
CoHiro is a shared grocery shopping list and the pantry inventory that feeds it. Mark something as running low and it is on the list by itself. Your home, on the same page. CoHiro does the remembering, so it never all lands on one person. One list, live on every phone Add something and it appears on everyone's phone in real time, whatever phone they carry. No sending screenshots, no reading the list out over the phone in aisle four. The list updates for every member the moment anything changes, so it is never at home on the fridge while you stand in the store. A pantry that writes the next shop Every item in your home is in stock, running low, or out. Notice the coffee is low while you are making it? Mark it in two taps and it lands on the shared shopping list on its own. By the time anyone heads out, the list has already written itself. Shopping runs, together Heading to the shops? Say so, and everyone gets reminded in time to add their last-minute items. Can't go yourself? Ask if anyone can, no pressure, just a nudge. In the store, the list works as a checklist for grocery shopping: tick things off as they land in the bag. Put the shopping away and the pantry updates to match. Shelves that sort themselves New items sort themselves onto named shelves. It's a guess, and you can change it in one tap. Starter packs set up a shelf and its basics in one go, so a new household is useful from its first minute. The list stays organized without anyone playing librarian. One store, in the order you walk it Name the shops you actually go to and arrange your shelves in the order you walk them. The list then follows that route. Whatever a shop does not carry sits at the end, out of your way. Scan it onto the list Point your camera at a product barcode and CoHiro gets it ready for your shopping list or pantry. It suggests the name and shelf, and you confirm with a tap. Whatever it does not know yet, you add by name once, and it remembers the barcode for next time. Considerate by design Quiet hours keep notifications silent during each member's own quiet window. And the Lately view on Home shows who did what this week, so the quiet work of keeping a home stocked gets seen. For every kind of household Families, couples, roommates and housemates, students sharing a flat, friends splitting a place: if you share a fridge, you are a household. CoHiro works as a grocery list app for couples and a shopping list app for roommates, and a family fits just as well. CoHiro works with the phones your household already has, so nobody is left off the list. You can belong to more than one household, a flatshare and a family at once, and everyone has the same rights: anyone can add, shop, and invite. Private, plainly Your household is invite-only. Join by entering a code or scanning a QR code; codes expire after 72 hours, and you can revoke a code at any time. No public profiles, no strangers, just the people you invited.
