cofundo is for whoever ends up paying the bill. Take a photo of the receipt and every line item shows up in the app, priced and ready to hand out. Tap the pancakes to Sam, the salad to Priya, split the garlic knots four ways. Tax and tip get divided by what each person actually ordered, not evenly. Then everyone gets a text with their share and what it was for. Your friends don't install anything and don't make accounts. If something looks off, they just reply to the text and the split updates. Between bills, cofundo keeps a running tab for each friend, so a $6 coffee can ride along until it's worth settling up. If someone's tab gets big, cofundo sends them a nudge so you don't have to. A few more things it handles: • PDFs and emailed receipts, not just paper ones • Bills you type in yourself, no receipt needed • Uneven splits, by percent or exact amounts • Replies like "I had the burger, Sam split the fries" — it figures out the rest It's free. There are no ads, and your data is never sold.
