Sessions using the reformer, tower, chair, cadillac and mat. The Wellness workshops and specialty class offerings are based on the latest science research for improving wellness. Meditation, self-compassion, Tai'chi, nutrition and more. Coastline is beginner friendly (you do not need experience or need to be "flexible") to get started. Our teachers have special certifications and continue to educate themselves throughout the year. Join us with a curiosity to try something new and desire to change your life, with Pilates!
