I've felt all of this and incorporating this lifestyle with Mindful Meditation has completely changed my life. my health and my life. You deserve this moment if you just be, maybe it's the only moment in your day you don't be doing, producing, solving things. You take care of your mental health and help those in need! 5% of the amount is donated to an institution of different charity each month, helping different people and animals. At the Online Meditation Club, everyone is welcome: anyone who wants to keep practicing Mindfulness, Neurobiological Deprogramming™, ThetaHealing®, Holographic Visualization, Reiki, Law of Attraction and Ho'oponopono in the routine and who wants to start. I will be accompanying, guiding and helping you in this journey of self-knowledge and self-compassion. A space for people who value their health mental and want to keep it simple, light and accessible.
