WHAT IT DOES ClubDues helps youth sports club owners and head coaches run the whole club from a phone — roster, teams, attendance and dues that collect themselves. • Keep a roster of players with parent contacts, jersey numbers, positions and medical notes • Organise players into teams and filter roster, attendance and billing by team • Mark attendance at practices and games with tap-to-check-in and per-player history • Set up monthly or seasonal dues and let recurring payments collect on schedule • Raise one-off charges for registration, tournaments and travel • Send each parent a secure payment link — they pay from a text message, with no app to install • Track who has paid and who is behind in a single money view • Add assistant coaches or a treasurer with their own sign-in • Export your records to CSV WHO IT'S FOR • Owners and head coaches of independent clubs and academies • Soccer, basketball, baseball, football and cricket clubs of 30–300 players • Coaches moving off spreadsheets and cash apps HOW PAYMENTS WORK Parents pay on a secure payment page hosted by Stripe; their card statement shows your club's name.
