Clouget Mobile POS is the point-of-sale solution for small and medium-sized businesses in Ecuador. Sell quickly from your cell phone, manage your inventory, and issue electronic invoices authorized by the SRI (Ecuadorian Internal Revenue Service), all from a single app. FAST SALES • Collect payments in seconds: cash, bank transfer, credit/debit card, or credit. • Streamlined shopping cart with product search, price editing, and VAT per line item. • Receipt with your business and customer information. SRI ELECTRONIC INVOICING • Issue and authorize electronic invoices with the SRI directly from the app. • Generate the RIDE (Taxpayer Identification Number) in PDF format and email it to your customer. • VAT rates of 0%, 5%, and 15%, and payment methods according to the SRI catalog. (Electronic invoicing requires your electronic signature (.p12) and your RUC (Taxpayer Identification Number) configuration.) INVENTORY AND PRODUCTS • Catalog with categories, prices, and stock control. • Inventory tracking system with movement and negative stock alerts. CUSTOMERS AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE • Registers customers and credit sales. • Tracks each customer's balance and records payments with their corresponding receipts. CASH REGISTER AND CASH COUNT • Opens and closes the cash register per shift, with cash reconciliation. • Breakdown by cashier and payment method. SALES REPORTS • Filter by day, week, month, year, or date range. • Filter by customer, product category, and payment method. • Summary with total, VAT, and breakdown by payment method; tap a sale to see the details. REPEATING BILLING • Creates templates for recurring payments (rent, subscriptions) that are automatically generated each month or year. MULTI-USER AND MULTIPLE DEVICES • Cashiers with permissions, capped discounts, and PIN-based cancellation. • Multiple devices in the same business, with owner approval for new devices. OFFLINE • Keep selling even if your internet goes down; your data syncs when you reconnect. PRINTING • Compatible with thermal printers (more options coming soon).
