This self-assessment quiz app accompanies the existing (Clinical Genomics Mini-glossary) Guide app, which is also available, free, on the Google Play Store. That guide app provides a brief explanation of a few of the most frequently used terms in clinical genomics, such as "BWA", "FASTQ", "VCF" and "BED files" and that app should normally be used first. These apps are provided by Prof Edward Tobias to help students and to accompany: (a) his series of Clinical Genomics lectures at the University of Glasgow, UK, (b) his medical genetics textbooks (including "Essential Medical Genetics" and "Medical Genetics for the MRCOG and Beyond") and (c) his website (www.essentialmedgen.com). The apps were created by Edward and Adam Tobias. These apps are not designed for providing or replacing professional healthcare & advice.
