Developed with concrete for concrete, the CUSTOMER module of the TOPCON suite is the point of convergence between the concrete company and the customer, allowing both players to have reliable information and absolute control over concrete delivery with real-time information. Through a simple and intuitive interface, TOPCON CUSTOMER allows you to manage concrete delivery with scheduling request indicators, status of each delivery, reports and concrete technology, payments and invoice status, thus allowing decision-making and avoiding idleness in the logistics process. In addition to these indicators, TOPCON CUSTOMER presents: • Contracts with the name of the responsible seller, contracted volume and quantity delivered. • Delivery schedules with FCK, Volume and SLUMP. • Previous and future schedules. • Invoices with contracts, dates, and installments with their printout. • Customers and their registration conditions, such as payment or default and credit limits and availability. • Programming requests directly through the application, with contract, trace and pump details. • Programming approvals with status indicators. TOPCON CUSTOMER also allows you to establish permissions for access to certain customer information and delivery, thus allowing you to customize the entire operation while keeping sensitive information secure.
