Developed with concrete in mind, the TOPCON suite's CUSTOMER module is the focal point between the concrete company and the customer, providing both parties with reliable information and absolute control over concrete delivery with real-time information. Through a simple and intuitive interface, TOPCON CUSTOMER allows you to manage concrete delivery with indicators such as scheduling requests, delivery status, concrete reports and technology, payments, and invoice status, enabling decision-making and avoiding downtime in the logistics process. In addition to these indicators, TOPCON CUSTOMER provides: • Contracts with the name of the responsible vendor, contracted volume, and quantity delivered. • Delivery schedules with FCK, Volume, and SLUMP. • Previous and future schedules. • Invoices with contracts, dates, and installments with printouts. • Customers and their registration status, such as payment status or default, credit limits, and credit availability. • Schedule requests directly through the app, with contract, mix, and pump details. • Schedule approvals with status indicators. TOPCON CUSTOMER also allows you to establish permissions for access to specific customer and delivery information, allowing you to customize the entire operation while keeping sensitive information secure.
