Clerra is the secure client portal for people who work with an accounting or bookkeeping firm that uses Clerra. If your accountant invited you to Clerra, this app is the easiest way to work with them from your phone. With the Clerra app you can: • Upload receipts and documents — snap a photo with your camera or attach files and send them straight to your accountant, with an optional note. • Respond to document requests — see exactly what your firm needs and check items off as you send them. • Sign engagement letters — review and sign right on your phone, no printing. • See your deadlines — the filing dates your firm is tracking for you. • Message your firm — secure two-way messaging, so nothing gets lost in email. • Switch between businesses — if your firm handles more than one of your businesses, jump between them in a tap. Your documents are stored in Canada, protected with bank-grade security and per-firm isolation. You can unlock the app with Face ID or your fingerprint, turn on two-factor authentication and text reminders, and delete your account at any time from Security in the app. Clerra is made for clients of Canadian accounting and bookkeeping firms.
