Features: - Structured, section-by-section clerking forms with progress indicators so you can see what is complete and what still needs attention. - Built-in red-flag prompts that surface important findings as you work. - Generated clinical notes summarising the record for handover or documentation. - Records saved locally on your device. Clerk works entirely offline. Your records stay on your device; the app does not require an internet connection to capture or review a clerking.
