ClearFinance is a simple finance and business management app for small business owners, freelancers, contractors, landlords, and independent professionals. Track income, expenses, loans, invoices, estimates, recurring bills, clients, and business details in one organized place. CashBooks Create separate CashBooks for different businesses, projects, households, or purposes. Record income and expenses with descriptions, dates, amounts, and payment details. Add people, search transactions, filter by person, review activity by month, and view total income, expenses, and net balance. Premium users can export CashBook records as CSV files. ClearFinance currently uses USD. Loans and LendBook Manage money you have lent or borrowed. Add borrower or lender details, record the original principal, add charges or fees, track payments and payment dates, see total paid, calculate remaining balances, review loan activity, and generate shareable loan invoice documents. Monthly Bills Organize recurring expenses such as rent, utilities, subscriptions, insurance, software, phone bills, internet, and loan payments. Save each bill’s name, amount, and due day, then view your expected monthly commitments in one place. Clients Create a client list with names and contact details. Connect clients to invoices and estimates so you can prepare professional documents without repeatedly entering the same information. Invoices Create professional invoices for products and services. Select a client, add multiple line items, enter descriptions and prices, calculate totals automatically, set invoice and due dates, add notes, and track draft, sent, accepted, declined, and expired invoices. Review invoices by month, see outstanding balances, and generate or share invoice documents. Estimates Prepare project pricing before work begins. Create blank estimates, select a client, add project items, descriptions, prices, dates, expiration dates, and notes. Track draft, sent, accepted, declined, and expired estimates, review monthly totals, and generate shareable estimate documents. AI Estimate Builder Create estimate line items faster with AI. Describe a project by typing, speaking, or attaching photos. AI can suggest services, materials, tasks, and prices. Review the transcript, edit item names and prices, remove unwanted items, review the total, and add approved items to a new estimate. AI suggestions are editable and should be reviewed before sharing with a customer. Dashboard and Business Profile The dashboard summarizes CashBook balances, loan balances, invoice totals, estimate totals, and monthly bills. Use search, filters, monthly views, status tracking, automatic totals, and balance calculations to find information quickly. Save your business name, address, phone number, and email for use in documents and reminders.
