Clear & Current is a guided weekly review of your projects, tasks, and other obligations — the type of habit that David Allen, author of Getting Things Done, The Art of Stress-Free Productivity ("GTD"), calls the single most important practice for keeping a productivity system trustworthy. Neither this app nor its methodology is the official product of David Allen Company nor its affiliates. The goal of Clear & Current is to encourage busy professionals, regardless of whether they use a productivity system (e.g., GTD, Franklin Covey, Zen-to-Done, Medium Method, Bullet Journal, etc.) or not, to set aside time each week to review their existing and new obligations. This app walks you through a review once a week, in three phases: GET CLEAR — collect and process everything that's landed in your inboxes since your last review. GET CURRENT — review your next actions, calendar, waiting-for list, and projects so your system reflects reality. GET CREATIVE — revisit your someday/maybe list and think bigger than this week's to-do list. PERSONALIZED TO YOUR SETUP Tell the app which inboxes, next-action lists, and calendars you actually use, and the checklist adapts to exactly your system — no generic one-size-fits-all steps. QUICK TALLY A simple before/after snapshot of your projects, actions, waiting-fors, and time-blocked tasks, so you can see what each review actually produced — not just what got checked off.
