Your device does all the computing. No upload, no cloud, no account. HOW IT WORKS • Scan: the app goes through your library and groups what belongs together • Swipe: left to go, right to keep — one decision per photo • Check: before deleting you see exactly what disappears and how much it frees • Delete: through Android's system prompt, with your confirmation WHAT CLEANPIX FINDS • Exact duplicates — the same picture sitting in your library more than once • Similar bursts: ten attempts at one shot, one of them is the good one • Screenshots you dealt with long ago • Blurry and underexposed shots • Large videos, which cost the most space ARCHIVE FIRST, THEN DELETE The archive exports the selected originals into a folder you choose and then checks that everything actually arrived — only then does it say "export verified". Anything you want back later, the app puts straight back into your library. A Motion Photo travels together with its embedded video. Android keeps RAW and JPEG as two separate captures — select both if you want both secured. A FULL LOOK BEFORE YOU DECIDE In the delete selection you can view every photo large before you release it. No photos are uploaded, there is no account and no sign-up. PostHog may process pseudonymous technical usage events and RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription data — neither of them ever sees a picture. No ads, no advertising trackers. WHAT THE APP CANNOT DO It tidies your photo library, not files outside it. Undo covers your last swipe, not a deletion — that is what the archive is for. No. Nothing disappears without your confirmation, and Android performs the deletion itself afterwards. Do I need the internet? No. Scanning, grouping and scoring all run on the device.
