Clayfall takes match-3 and gives every piece real weight. Swap two neighboring clay pieces to line up three or more of a kind and they shatter - standard match-3 so far. The twist is what happens next: every piece has a weight class, and when the board refills and pieces fall, a heavy dark boulder landing on a light pastel piece crushes it flat instantly, no match required. That crush can drop the boulder further onto the next light piece below, and the next - a single well-placed swap can set off a landslide of crushes that clears half the board and multiplies your score with every chained step. Building your board so heavy pieces end up stacked over light ones, rather than clearing the safe match right in front of you, is the whole skill. The run keeps going until no swap on the board can make a match anymore - read the board, not the clock.
