BUILD A COMPLETE CLAIM RECORD Record the fault, add photographs, save claim references and keep a chronological history of correspondence, responses and follow-up dates. FOLLOW EVERY OUTCOME Track whether a claim results in: • A repair • A replacement • A refund • Store credit • Compensation • Rejection or closure SEE THE VALUE RECOVERED View the total value recovered through successful refunds, replacements, repairs and other outcomes, kept separate by currency.
