In daily operations, CBD team members are often required to visit customers for multiple reasons, such as follow-ups, service visits, product presentations, data collection, or relationship management. This app provides a unified platform to record all such visits systematically, avoiding manual logs or communication gaps. 🔶 How it Works: The visit process begins with the user opening the CustomerVisit app and selecting the type of visit from a predefined list of purposes. These include: Product or service delivery Post-sales support and maintenance Feedback and follow-up visits New customer acquisition Lead generation and inquiry handling Routine relationship-building meetings The user then proceeds to fill out a simple form, providing key details like: Customer name and contact Visit purpose Notes or observations Additional relevant information Once the form is submitted, the system automatically generates a secure OTP (One-Time Password) which is shared with the customer.
