CigoPay serves as a unit of account, store of value and intermediary for exchanges between local actors. CigoPay is not hoardable Local CigoPay is deployed in the South Alsace region. CigoPay can be used by all people and organizations attached to their territory, their heritage and who recognize themselves in its Charter of Values. Complementary CigoPay is a complementary tool to the euro. CigoPay stimulates local economic activity and promotes sharing and mutual aid by favoring cooperation. CigoPay allows you to free yourself from speculative financial markets. Citizen CigoPay is a common good. CigoPay must adopt collegial governance to ensure good management. Decision-making by consent is preferred.
