CI-VILLE is an innovative citizen reporting mobile application designed to modernize communication between citizens and municipal authorities. A true tool for citizen participation and smart urban management, the application allows residents to play an active role in improving their daily environment by facilitating the rapid reporting of problems observed in their city. CI-VILLE is based on the idea that a cleaner, safer, and better-maintained city is built through effective collaboration between residents and municipal services. The application allows users to report various types of urban problems in seconds, including: * potholes and damaged roads; * broken streetlights; * litter and illegal dumping; * graffiti and vandalism; * water or electricity problems; * Deteriorated public infrastructure; * Dangers to public safety; * As well as any other anomaly requiring the intervention of the competent authorities. Each report is automatically or manually geolocated on an interactive map to allow for precise location of the incident. Users can also attach photos, add a detailed description, and provide additional information to help municipal services respond more effectively. CI-VILLE goes beyond simply transmitting information: the application also offers an intelligent tracking system that allows citizens to follow the progress of their report in real time—from submission to resolution. This approach promotes transparency, improves trust between citizens and municipalities, and contributes to better management of urban interventions.
