The counting sheet and giving record your church already keeps on paper — now on the phone in your pocket, and still yours alone. Built for the volunteer treasurer of a small congregation: the person who counts the plate after the service, writes the total on a paper sheet, and then spends every December rebuilding a year of envelope records from a shoebox. WHAT IT DOES • COUNT SESSIONS — record cash, checks and envelopes for each service, with an optional breakdown by denomination. Two counters initial every count, the way a proper count sheet has always worked. • DONOR LEDGER — donors with envelope numbers, phone numbers and notes. Loose plate giving is recorded without a donor, because most of it is anonymous. • FUNDS — designate giving to General, Building, Missions or any fund you add. Running balances update as money comes in and expenses go out. • EXPENSES — payee, amount, fund and an optional photo of the receipt. • GIVING STATEMENTS — a per-donor annual statement as a PDF, one at a time or the whole congregation in one go. This is the December job, done in a couple of taps. • REPORTS — weekly count sheet, monthly summary, and a CSV of everything. • PIN LOCK — an app lock for a device the whole finance team touches. WORKS WITHOUT INTERNET Everything is stored on your device. There is no account to create, nothing to sign in to, and no monthly fee. If your building has no Wi-Fi, or your congregation handles cash rather than cards, none of that matters — the app does not need a connection to do its job. Your donors' records never leave the phone. We cannot see them. WHY NOT A SPREADSHEET A spreadsheet cannot total a count sheet while two people are standing over it in the vestry, cannot hold both counters' initials against the number, and cannot produce fifty individual annual statements in one action.
