Store description excerpt

ChronoMuscle is a workout tracker built around one idea: once you've started a session, you shouldn't need to unlock your phone or dig through an app to log a set. WIDGET-FIRST TRAINING Add the ChronoMuscle widget to your Home Screen and start a workout with one tap — no app launch required. See your active session, current exercise, and remaining sets right there between sets. LIVE ACTIVITY ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN Once you're training, ChronoMuscle puts your session on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Mark a set done, jump to the next exercise, or start your rest timer without leaving what you're doing. REST TIMER THAT RUNS ITSELF Start a rest timer from any surface — app, widget, or Lock Screen — and it counts down live everywhere at once. Pause, resume, or stop it from wherever you happen to be looking. BUILD YOUR OWN SPLIT Create workout plans (séances) with your own exercises, set counts, rep targets, and rest durations. Reorder exercises, edit anytime, and jump to any unfinished exercise out of order when your gym's machines don't cooperate with your plan. ONE SESSION, THREE SURFACES, ALWAYS IN SYNC Tap "done" on a set from the widget, and your phone's Lock Screen and the app both update instantly. Everything reads from the same session — there's no separate "sync" to wait on. Your workout data stays on your device — ChronoMuscle has no account, no ads, and no analytics tracking you between sessions.
