Store description excerpt

ChordCue is an interactive app for learning modern (jazz & pop) chords by **hearing, seeing, and understanding them through scale degrees.** Tap any chord to get instant representations: • Sound — block-chord and arpeggio playback • Keyboard — chord tones highlighted on a piano with note names and degrees (1, b3, #11, …) • Staff — notated on the treble clef with accidentals (flats and double-flats included) • Guitar — auto-generated fingering diagrams on a standard-tuning fretboard (browse positions and shapes, plus a minimal-voicing view) Highlights • 34 chord qualities — from triads and sevenths to major/dominant/minor extensions and altered tensions • Four grouping modes — by type, by note count, by characteristic degree, or diatonic (a key's 7 chords + progression playback) • Guitar fingering diagrams — a playable voicing for any chord at every position, with multiple shapes per position to toggle • Diatonic & progressions — the 7 chords of the current root as a major/minor key, with ii–V–I and other progressions to play • Accurate note spelling — it writes Eb, not D#. Degree-based spelling gives the right note name in context • Horizontal swipe picker for all 12 roots — check a chord in any key instantly • Korean & English, switchable inside the app Built for players and songwriting learners who want to master chord theory systematically.
