ChloroFile is a grow journal that keeps the whole record of a plant, from the day it breaks soil to the jar it ends up in. Most plant apps are a notes field with a leaf icon. This one is built around how a grow actually runs: the things you check daily are one tap away, and the things you only care about at harvest stay out of the way until then. THE WHOLE LIFE OF A PLANT Track each plant through germination, seedling, vegetative, flowering, harvest and curing. ChloroFile keeps the date of every stage change, so the timeline builds itself and you can see exactly how long that phenotype spent in veg without trying to remember. Log what you measure: temperature, humidity, pH, EC, water, height, and notes in your own words. Add photos to any entry and watch a plant fill out week by week. A REFERENCE THAT COMES WITH THE APP 12,667 varieties from 333 breeders and seed banks, on the device, with no account and no connection required. Pick one when you add a plant and it fills in type, seed type, flowering time, potency and lineage where they are known. Many records also carry parent varieties, grow traits, reported effects, and for 593 of them, cannabinoid results from publicly published lab samples, kept clearly apart from what the breeder claims. Browse by type, by autoflowering, by flowering time, or by breeder, and search the whole catalog by name. ENVIRONMENTS AND VPD Describe your tents and rooms once, with their equipment, and attach plants to them. Readings then belong to a space rather than floating loose. VPD is calculated from leaf temperature rather than air temperature, with an offset you set to match your lights, so the numbers line up with the target ranges you find published rather than being quietly wrong under LED. HARVEST AND YIELD Record wet and dry weight and keep them attached to the plant that produced them, alongside the stage lengths it took to get there. Over a few runs that becomes the only honest answer to whether a change actually helped. IT WORKS OFFLINE, AND IT IS YOURS Every feature works with no account and no connection. Nothing leaves the device unless you sign in, and photos never leave at all. Sign in with Apple if you want a backup and want your plants in step across devices. Signing out leaves your grows where they are. Deleting your account removes what was synced and the copies on the device, and it says so plainly before you do it. Export everything as CSV whenever you like: a row for every plant with its stage lengths and yield, and a row for every log. Free, always, and it never needs an account.
