Store description excerpt
A clock for games played across a board. Six time controls, not one. Sudden death. Fischer increment, added after your move. Bronstein delay, which gives back exactly what you used. Simple delay, which makes the clock wait before it counts. Multi-period for tournament schedules. Byo-yomi for go and shogi. Delay and increment are different rules, and you can pick either. Increment banks time when you move fast. Delay never adds anything — it postpones. Most clock apps ship one of them and call it the other. This one names both and lets you choose, with the same clarity in the app that a real tournament clock has. A low time warning you set. Three thresholds in seconds, and they are yours to change. Colour on the panel, a sound, and a vibration — because during a game you are looking at the board, not at the phone. Most clocks give you nothing until the flag falls. The clock counts real seconds. It measures elapsed time, not screen frames. A slow frame never eats your clock, and changing the phone's time or time zone does not move it. If a clock cannot count seconds it is not a clock. The screen never sleeps. Not while a game is running. And a tap with your whole hand counts once, the way you would hit a real clock — not only when exactly one finger lands. When the game ends, it tells you where the time went. Total used, moves, average, the longest think and which move it was, how long you spent under your own warning, and how much you earned back from increment. 24 presets, from bullet to a two-period tournament schedule. Different times per side for handicap games. Pause and arbiter time adjustment. No account. No purchase. Works in airplane mode.
