**chellalet-electronique** is an institution established in 2016. The idea emerged after its founder realized that traditional distribution deprives many customers of certain goods that often sell out before reaching them, among other reasons. After months of research and development, the idea came to life. The institution successfully processed numerous orders and modernized wholesale distribution by utilizing a dedicated website and all available social media platforms to connect with its customers, who are active in the mobile phone and IT sectors. This allowed the institution to provide a wide range of related products and open up vast opportunities for customer shopping—what is known as **e-commerce**. All of this happened **before** the enactment of the e-commerce regulation law. Later, due to certain circumstances, the institution suspended its electronic services for an extended period, causing frustration and dissatisfaction among many customers who appreciated the approach. Today, **chellalet-electronique** is making a comeback after a series of preparations, upgrades, and modernization efforts—and after obtaining **official approval** from the regulatory authorities to practice e-commerce within its field of activity.
