Tempus Staff is the mobile companion for hospitality teams whose employer uses Tempus to run their rotas and timesheets. Check your shifts, clock in and out on site, and keep track of the hours you have actually worked — all from your phone. WHAT YOU CAN DO • See today's shift at a glance — where you are working, what time you start, and which venue you are due at. • Check your rota for the week ahead, and get a notification the moment a shift is added or changed. • Check in when you arrive by scanning the QR poster at your venue, or by confirming you are on site. • Start and end your breaks, then check out at the end of service. Your hours are recorded accurately, so your pay is right. • Review your attendance history and the hours your manager has approved. • Leave a handover note at the end of a shift so the next team knows where things stand. • Flag a shift record to your manager if something does not look right. BUILT FOR HOSPITALITY Tempus was designed for restaurants, kitchens, cafés and food businesses where teams work across several sites and shifts change at short notice. Every screen is quick to use one-handed, mid-service. YOU WILL NEED AN INVITATION Tempus Staff is not a standalone app. Your employer must already use Tempus, and your manager needs to add you to the team before you can sign in. If you do not have an account yet, speak to your manager. PERMISSIONS • Location — used only at the moment you check in or out, to confirm you are at your venue.
