Create a template (checklist) once and perform recurring inspections in minutes: select the defect level, add comments, take/attach photos, and finally generate, save, and share a clean PDF inspection report. Key Features Template Library: Create and edit checklists (including optional mandatory check items). CSV Import: Quickly import templates from spreadsheets/lists (column mapping for title, description, and mandatory items). Conducting an Inspection (Workflow): Step-by-step view with progress tracking Defect recording with levels: No defect, Minor defect, Major defect, Critical Comments per inspection point Photos per inspection point (camera or gallery) Completion & Result: Pass, Fail, Re-inspection required. Signature (optional): Capture signature and display it in the PDF. PDF Preview & Share: View PDF directly and send via share sheet (e.g., email/messenger). Archive: Manage completed inspections as inspection reports, reopen/share PDFs, and edit as needed. Branding in the PDF: Company name and optional company logo in the header of the inspection report.
