Checklist is a property management tool used to automate the scheduling of service providers such as cleaning staff, gardeners, maintenance, catering, and much more. Spend less time scheduling service providers by setting up an assignment rule. Assignment Rules will automatically create and send jobs to your selected service providers. Checklist can send jobs to all service providers selected using a first come, first serve strategy, where any service provider selected can accept the job, or using a priority list strategy which allows for a round-robin style selection. NEW FEATURES: - Work with unlimited clients using a single account. - View visual checklists provided by Clients. Mark each task as completed and add an image/comment as proof of completion. - File incident reports (with multiple images) to report unusual occurrences. - Add users (employees/teammates) to your account to assist with jobs. - Send invoices to Clients and receive payments.
