Store description excerpt

Your Apple Watch measures your heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, and altitude all day - but you have to remember to look. Check Me flips that around: it learns your personal baseline and taps you on the wrist only when your body reacts differently than usual. WHAT CHECK ME WATCHES - Heart rate: alerts when your resting heart rate is unusually high or low for you (not a generic threshold), and suggests taking an ECG right then. - Blood oxygen: alerts when SpO2 drops meaningfully below your usual level. - Sleep: see last night's sleep with deep/REM/core stages, and get a morning heads-up when you slept well below your usual. - Altitude: the barometer tracks elevation changes; if you climb or descend quickly and your heart rate or blood oxygen responds, Check Me tells you you're acclimating. PERSONAL BASELINE, NOT GENERIC LIMITS Check Me builds your baseline from your last 14 days of Apple Health data and refreshes it daily. Alerts fire on deviation from YOUR normal. QUIET BY DESIGN Per-alert cooldowns, workout detection (exercise never triggers resting-heart alerts), and rule toggles keep your wrist quiet until something matters. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No servers. No analytics. All processing happens on your device and health data never leaves it. Check Me is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. If you feel unwell, contact a medical professional.
