A Company-issued account is required to sign in. It is not intended for use by the general public. Check In gives our drivers everything they need to start a shift, stay compliant, and complete every job safely — in one place. • See your assigned shifts and upcoming schedule at a glance. • Clock in and clock out with timestamped records. • Automatic shift reminders so you never miss a start time. • UK-time scheduling for accurate, consistent shift windows. • Complete your daily walk-around vehicle check before every shift. • Guided checklist covering lights, brakes, tyres, mirrors, leaks, load security and more. • Capture photos and notes for each check. • Your shift can't start until the safety check is complete. • Shares your GPS location with dispatch while you are on an active shift, so journeys can be coordinated and attendance confirmed. • Battery-smart: uses motion detection to reduce updates when you're stationary. • Tracking runs only while a shift is active and stops when the shift ends. Android shows a persistent notification whenever tracking is on. • Capture photos and digital signatures to confirm completed jobs. • Timestamped, locked records once submitted. • Report a road incident or accident in-app. • Location is captured automatically, with space for photos, damage notes and other-party details. • Location (including background): to share your position with dispatch while you are on shift. Background access keeps tracking working when the app is minimised or your phone is locked. • Camera & photos: for vehicle checks, proof of delivery and incident reports. • Notifications: for shift reminders and the on-shift tracking notification.
