CUT DOWN ON NO-SHOWS ChairTime writes the reminder text for you, a week before, the day before, and an hour before each appointment. Review the message, tap Text, and send it from your own phone. Fewer empty chairs, less time chasing people down. KNOW YOUR CLIENTS Every client has a profile with their phone number, how many times they've been in, and when you saw them last. Search the whole list instantly. KNOW YOUR NUMBERS See total revenue for the week, the month, or all time, plus completed appointments, no-shows, your average ticket, and which services actually make you the most money. CHECK OUT IN SECONDS When the appointment's done, pull it up in Checkout, record what the client paid, and move on to the next one. ChairTime requires a subscription of $49.99 per month. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
