ChairCare keeps a complete service history for every dental chair in your clinic. Engineers log in, pick the chair being serviced, and work through a section-by-section checklist — filters, suction system, water lines, handpiece couplings, upholstery and electrics. Each section can be marked OK or flagged as an issue, with a note and photos attached straight from the phone's camera. Once submitted, the report is timestamped and locked, so it becomes a permanent record. Admins get a dashboard showing open issues, high-severity faults, and how many services were completed this month. Every submitted report can be opened in full, photos included. Flagged issues can be exported to CSV in one tap — ready to email straight to the manufacturer when a fault keeps recurring. Admins also create and manage engineer logins directly in the app, so only your team can access the records.
