Chainge STL is a record of where you've been, in the city that already knows the places. Type an address and see what St. Louis officially remembers about it — ward, neighborhood, census tract, zoning, districts — drawn from public records across five jurisdictions and 913,000 properties. Tap a Chainge band and a signed record exists that you were there. It's yours. It works offline. There is no signup, no login, and no password. Nothing to fill in. WHAT THIS IS A civic memory layer for the St. Louis region. Public property records made legible, and a way to keep your own record of showing up. WHAT THIS ISN'T There are no points, no streaks, and no score. The record is the point. Property data reflects a dated snapshot and every page says so. Where a jurisdiction doesn't record something, the app says that too — absence is information, not an error.
