A coral loses its colour or a tank resident starts breathing hard, and the usual advice is a generic checklist that knows nothing about your system. Cerulean Meridian works differently. Pick the symptom you are seeing and it reads the real movement in your own logged water parameters - a month of calcium sliding down, alkalinity swinging, temperature creeping up - then tells you which of those trends actually line up with the problem in front of you, not someone else's tank. The matching parameter and its graph carry the same warning colour, so the connection is something you can see, not just read. It starts with the numbers. Log salinity, calcium, alkalinity, magnesium, nitrate, phosphate, pH and temperature, and every entry feeds colour-coded trend graphs that flag the moment a value drifts out of its ideal range. Open any parameter for its full history, average and rate of change. Two deterministic calculators do the arithmetic you would otherwise scribble on paper: how much supplement to dose to reach a target for a given volume, and how much salt a new batch of water needs - plus a real-volume tool that subtracts rock and sand displacement from your tank's rated size. Before you buy anything, run it past your own livestock. The compatibility check weighs a candidate species against everyone already living in the tank - total bioload against capacity, aggression and territory clashes, reef safety and minimum tank size - and gives a plain verdict before the animal is in the water. A curated reference covers dozens of species across corals, invertebrates and their tankmates, alongside grounded articles on cycling, lighting, flow, alkalinity stability and nuisance algae. Around all of it sits a working record. Keep a private logbook with photos, milestones and observations, run maintenance checklists with equipment service and water-change reminders, and see exactly what lives in the tank right now.
