CERTAS multicall app – fast mobilisation of people and emergency services needed in a crisis Your benefits with the CERTAS multicall app – fast, user-friendly and secure: - Trigger mass notification/information at the push of a button - Receive push notifications when an alarm is active - Acknowledge notifications (received or declined) - Access to notification history over the past 30 days - Display availability of recipient, logging in and logging out - App languages: German, English, French and Italian In a crisis situation, such as a natural disaster, fire, demonstration, technical fault, gas leak or flood, Certas will take care of all the necessary organisational matters, so our customers can take the first emergency response measures without delay. Predefined groups are notified with a pre-recorded voice message, and mobilised if necessary. Customers can trigger this themselves in the CERTAS multicall app – but we remain available 24/7.
