Cerco™ is a digital platform that facilitates the matching of supply and demand for jobs, services, and qualified personnel. The application does not include instant messaging or social networking features: contact between users occurs exclusively via voice calls or SMS, ensuring immediacy and confidentiality. How to Use Users can select one of three operating modes: · Looking for Work – Candidates publish their professional profile (industry, role, experience, age). Employers in the same province can view the ad and contact them directly. · Looking for Personnel – Companies or employers publish job offers. Applications come exclusively from professionals in the selected sector and area. · Looking for a Service – Individuals post a service request (e.g., repairs, cleaning, moving, private lessons) specifying their budget and details. Interested professionals respond through direct contact channels. Security and Compliance · No internal chat system – personal information (phone number) is visible only when contacting them voluntarily. · Automatic content moderation – Phone numbers and links are blocked in descriptions, preventing fraudulent ads. · User reporting – Inappropriate ads can be reported; reports are handled in accordance with Google Play guidelines. · Minors' compliance – The app is intended for adults (18+) only. Sensitive or minor-targeted content is not permitted. Technical features · Free ads with a 7-day validity. · Geolocation-based display (province only) to reduce spam. · Instant posting without manual approval. · Optional Premium plan (€5/month) includes: unlimited ads, automatic highlighting, verified profile badge, and nationwide notifications.
