The Cenli Biofeedback App Cenli is a simple and user-friendly tool for calming the body through guided breathing and real-time biofeedback. Biofeedback means that your body provides information about its current state — and that you use this information to adjust your breathing and slow down. The sensors measure your body’s signals, and the app guides you based on what is happening in the moment. You attach two small sensors: – A fingertip sensor that measures temperature and heart rate variability. – A neck sensor that registers tension in the upper part of the neck muscles. The Cenli app interprets these signals and guides your breathing according to your body’s state. Sessions take 10 minutes and provide a structured break to recover and gain clarity. Over time, you can follow your changes through the statistics page in “Progress.” Cenli has a clean and intuitive design that makes each session easy to complete. All data is handled securely and in accordance with GDPR.
