What the app does: Photo-logged inspections on a schedule you choose — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly A 24/7 concierge that knows your home, your reports, and your open work Maintenance coordination — quotes gathered, a trade dispatched, the job overseen, nothing started without your approval A running record of every visit, every coordinated job, and every document, kept in one place Arrival and departure handling, plus optional grocery pre-stocking, on higher-tier plans Notifications the moment something needs your attention Plans run 199 to 599 CAD per month depending on inspection cadence and depth of service, billed directly.
